Worktop: 13mm Phenolic Resin
Base Cabinet: steel bracket is weld of quadrate pipe and coated with epoxy resin powder. The exterior is made of 18mm melamine and with adjustable pad.
Door panel for base cabinet: MDF, sealed with 2mm PVC water-proof, elegant appearance.
Auxiliary air intake: placed below the foreplate of the fume hood, punched of cold-rolled steel. It can provide the air source and reduce the air torrent below the viewing window when the view window is close in order to reduce the opening air speed.
The frame and track for the adjustbale door:

Gathering gas hood: High molecular plastic molded, integrated and shaped to taper necking down acid and alkali resisitant gathering gas hood. The bottom entrance is rectangle, the pipe caliber of the top entrance is about ï¿ 250mm,the height for the outlet connecting the caliber is not less than50mm for connecting the air duct. The good average for gathering gas and low pressure drop depend on its good angel and roundness for collecting gas.
Lighting equipment: all-cover lamp holder(heat dissipation lamp), a glass with a 5mm(±5%) thickness is installed in bottom, a 220V/40W lighting is installed in lamp-cover
